Once a week the children of Kings School Kids go with one of the clergy people from First Bethel to the sanctuary of our church for Time With Jesus. During these times we hear stories from the Bible and about our faith. We sing songs and pray together.
Faith is simply a part of who we as humans are. Our faith is established in the “trust” that our parents will care for us. As we grow our understanding can grow – or – without renewal and refreshment – it can die. At “Time With Jesus” we seek to “grow” our children’s faith and teach them to trust and obey the God we have come to know and love through Jesus. The leadership for “Time With Jesus” comes from Mrs. D. (Rev. Deborah Dennick-Ream), Pastor Sandra (Rev. Sandra Marsh-McClain) and Pastor Austin (Rev. Austin Hornyak).
Through stories and music we introduce the children to the God we love and who we know loves us. We share our faith through the stories of the Bible, stories from our lives and world and conversation. All of us love children and are committed to their growth and education. All of us love music and want to share that love with the boys and girls. All of us love God and want to share that love with those around us.
Kings School Kids has been working hard to bring you our new Web site. We want the site to be a resource to parents and a celebration of accomplishment for the children entrusted to our care.
